During my time as an Early Years Practitioner I have taken on the roles of ‘Two Year Old Champion’ and SENDCo. These responsibilities have reinforced how important it is to work closely with parents/carers and also other professionals, ensuring good communication with all those involved in supporting children to make appropriate progress.
I have grown in confidence during my recent years and value the experience of working closely with management and leadership. I have a good knowledge of the Early Years Framework and can also draw on my recent experience of OFSTED.
