I am a dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic individual. I take my role seriously and do my job to the best of my ability. I work well as a team member and will support and assist where I can, I enjoy new challenges, new experiences and achieving new goals.
I am passionate about getting to know children and their families. I understand the importance of the keyperson role and the value in having trusting relationships with parents; keeping them up to date with their child’s progress. I have a good understanding of the EYFS which enables me to support children in their learning while using the curriculum to plan for appropriate experiences.
