Awaiting enrolment on an apprenticeship – Level 2
From a young age I have enjoyed gymnastics. I also enjoy spending time with my family and have great memories of us all going to festivals and also watching rugby together. I’ve had quite a lot of experience babysitting as I have lots of younger children in my family. I love looking after them and simply spending time with together.
I began studying sports, travel and sociology at A’ Level but despite finding this interesting, a week of work experience in a local nursery made me reconsider my future plans. I felt the opportunity to begin an apprenticeship here at Sparkling Minds would be something I would really enjoy and benefit from for my future. Hopefully this practical training will help build my confidence while also expanding my knowledge in this area of work. I feel this is the best setting to learn everything I need to know as I hope to work in a setting like this in the future. I want to work with children to help them to learn and achieve their full potential.
I chose to apply for Sparkling Minds because of their reputation and as I read through the website information, I liked the values and attitudes they share, as well as being a safe and caring environment to work in. I am looking forward to learning new skills during my apprenticeship to gain confidence and experience working with children. I am also looking forward to meeting everyone and having experience in the workplace.
