Over the past 3 years I have worked with all age ranges from 3 months old to 5 years. I have learned how to support all of the children and help them to gain the best possible outcome. In my role of Room Co-Ordinator of a Baby Room (in my past setting) I have proved that I am trustworthy and reliable. I also take pride in my work and like to make sure that everything I do is held to a high standard while making sure everyone is happy.
I am looking forward to a challenge and opportunity at Sparkling Minds. I enjoy observing and supporting children to reach their goals with the support of a healthy relationship with children’s families. I try my best to do everything I can to make all the children and staff happy and make sure the staff feel supported.
