I have worked with children for many years. In that time I have gained my level 3 qualification while also developing my knowledge during experience across other nurseries and schools. I have supported children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. I have also helped with teaching and learning in reception classes. Working with children has many benefits and is extremely rewarding. I enjoy building relationships with parents and carers and also understand the importance of of good working relationships with colleagues to provide the best for the children in our setting. I believe feeling happy and safe will allow children to be more open to learning, and help them gain confidence to build new relationships.
