During my many years in childcare I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide range of different age groups, from 2 year olds to 12 year olds. My passion is early years education and I had spent 18 years working within the same nursery setting as both room leader and deputy. I have worked with all different children, learning styles and special educational needs. I eat, sleep and breath early years education, this isn’t just a job for me. I enjoy researching and trying new activities, ways of doing things and creating new resources, implementing them into my working day, ensuring activities are fun and engaging for the children. My favourite activities are Music and Movement, Dough Disco and Funky Fingers, I have a real interest in Forest School too. I have loved my time at Sparkling Minds thus far and look forward to many more experiences ahead.
